David Clarke - Chief Executive Officer. David has 24 years experience in banking and finance. His particular interests are in equipment finance and comprehensive business solutions for growing and large users of equipment. Outside work, his interests include cricket, horse racing, golf, and the share market.

Ron Wiber - Consultant. Ron has 25 years experience in finance. He is particularly interested in medium to large ticket equipment financings, franchise finance and sales-aid finance. Ron's main interests outside work are his family, music, fishing and golf. He is a member of the Victorian Club, the RACV Club, the Mt Macedon "Mountaineers", the Victoria Racing Club ("VRC"), the Mooney Valley Racing Club ("MVRC"), the National Gallery of Victoria ("NGV"), the Macedon Tennis Club, and the Woodend and Port Fairy Golf Clubs.

Mark Walsh - Relationship Manager. Mark has more than 16 years experience in the banking and finance industry. He has held senior positions at three major finance companies in Melbourne over that time. Mark has been providing tailored business solutions to assist the financing needs of a range of borrowers from individuals and small businesses to large corporate entities and publicly listed companies. He has been specialising in vehicle and  plant and  equipment finance. Outside of work, apart from his young family, his main interests are yachting, football (supporting his beloved Navy Blues) and the occasional round of golf. He has been a member of Sandringham Yacht Club since 1993.
